Prohibited Businesses
These terms must be read in conjunction with Berg Terms & Conditions, Berg Customer agreement and PayrNet's Terms & Conditions. When customers create a Berg Money account, they agree to Terms & Conditions, Customer Agreement and agree to not engage in the following prohibited businesses. If your business is involved in one of the following industries, then Berg Money cannot onboard you.
